The site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, an interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by Bart | Patriarche, who will endeavour to communicate the dates and times of the intervention in advance to users.

The site is regularly updated. Likewise, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user, who is encouraged to refer to them as frequently as possible to stay informed.

3. Description of the Services Provided

The purpose of the site is to provide information about all the activities of the company.

Bart | Patriarche strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the site. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or shortcomings in the update, whether caused by the company or by third-party partners who provide such information.

All information provided on the site is for guidance only and may evolve. Moreover, the information on the site is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to any modifications made since its online publication.

4. Technical Data Limitations

The website cannot be held responsible for any material damage resulting from the use of the site. Additionally, the user agrees to access the site using up-to-date equipment, free from viruses, and with an up-to-date browser of the latest generation.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

Bart | Patriarche owns the intellectual property rights or holds usage rights for all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of any part of the site, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from Bart | Patriarche.

Any unauthorised exploitation of the site or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and pursued in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Liability Limitations

Bart | Patriarche cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications mentioned in point 4, or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

Bart | Patriarche also cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) arising from the use of the site.

Interactive spaces (such as the ability to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. Bart | Patriarche reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that violates applicable legislation in France, particularly provisions relating to data protection. If necessary, Bart | Patriarche also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, especially in cases of racist, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

7. Management of Personal Data

In France, personal data is protected by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the site, the following data may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user’s internet service provider, and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

On the site, the owner collects personal information about the user only for the purpose of certain services offered by the site. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when entering it themselves. The user is informed whether providing this information is obligatory.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, users have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise this right, please send a request by email to: communication@patriarche.fr or submit a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of an ID with the signature of the holder, specifying the address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information about the site’s user is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the possibility of a site purchase by the site owner and the transfer of its rights would allow the transmission of such information to the potential buyer, who would in turn be subject to the same obligation of data preservation and modification regarding the user.

The site is not declared to the CNIL (National Commission for Data Protection) because it does not collect personal information.

The site contains several hyperlinks to other websites, set up with the permission of Bart | Patriarche. However, Bart | Patriarche does not have the ability to verify the content of the sites visited and therefore assumes no responsibility for them.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
